The Wharf...Commitment to LEED
The Wharf will build upon our
teams’ commitment to sustainable development by
serving as one of the pilot projects for LEED for
Neighborhood Development. This rating system
integrates the principles of smart growth, urbanism,
and green building into the first national standard
for neighborhood design.
The Wharf’s buildings will all be
designed to meet or exceed LEED-Silver
Certification. These standards will not only embrace
the concepts utilized in our LEED for Neighborhood
Development, but bring them to life for the building
users, allowing for a healthier environment to live,
work and play.
